...this should be a classy, elegant, gentleman's watch. At 42.5mm it is anything but. It is silly at this size. And the movement at 27.2mm is TINY! They're not even trying anymore. Make something in platinum, put a huge price tag on it, call it 'limited' and wait for the masses to line up with cash in hand. 


The ref. 47245 (pictured) at 37mm is a far superior watch. Look at the subtle cross-hatching of the dial compared to the ham-handed 'frosting' of the current offering...and those lugs! On the new offering, the 'PT950' at 4:30 is the final straw. This screams new money. Sorry for the mini rant but I am getting fed up with bad design and lazy product offerings from companies that should know better.
