Attracting Thieves
That's why I love Platinum, common thieves clueless, a big bright GOLD watch attracts thieves, hookers and so on. That being said I love my VC RG Chrono on bracelet I just wear it wisely.

...but date backgrounds that don't match the dial are almost universally despised by WIS. Why don't the manufacturers know that? Or do they know it and not care? Either is bad.

I think the color combo is too much in your face. Better on the strap but I‘d still prefer a neutral color dial on the RG case. I think VC does it very well on the blue-dial Overseas Perpetual, where the blue face is broken up with many rose gold accents....

For me this is a real Jaw dropper. I love it. 46K though for no complication is a little unfortunate BUT I think this is the least "plain" OS theyve put out for this generation save the grand complication pieces. This is number 1 on my list right now.
