I was having trouble winding the watch one day. The crown seemed stuck. So rather than fiddle with it, I brought it in to the NY flagship boutique and the problem has mysteriously vanished. They took it in for service anyway at my request. Before beginning the service the service center did a check on the watch and said it was operating within specification. I opted to have it done anyway because I have owned it for 5 years so it was time.

I'm glad the website is accurate! $870 is really quite reasonable for a full service and a case waterproofness check! Yeah... Those $400 straps annoy me to no end! Grrrr! I might need a new strap soon myself!
