VC has killed it with their new dials this year
The grained dials of the 1921 and on the overseas cardinal points models are awesome. This was what made the Cory Richards edition so cool - not just the more sporty colors but the use of this special dial. The salmon sunburst dial of the platinum ultra thin is really done. And because VC seldom uses salmon that watch feels really special.

I was hoping they would bring a platinum version back into rotation.
I even wonder whether a steel version could ever happen, like they did with the CdV🤔. Most likely not, but platinum is a fair ask.
In my opinion
this looks a lot better than the previous rose gold version due to the dial finish and the blue numerals. The previous black numerals did not blend as well against the rose gold case. For the future white gold version though, I need to see it to decide.
