There seems to be a very large number of Vacheron chronographs in this auction. I wonder if they are from a single collection?

I generally prefer dark dials to silver dials, when they are available. That watch is a "knock out!" The dial is beautiful and the horn shaped lugs really make the watch stand out among some of the other vintage chronographs. Thats sure to make its future...

I was considering the Robert Cart art deco piece. It was for sale at Bogoff's site in SFO but I missed it there. I haven't totally decided to bid on it. Cart did some designs for VC and Gubelin which although similar to this one are more appealing. Regard...
