Are you going to the Grilled Cheese Invitational cook-off?
I'd like to get together at some point so you can see it since you were there when the lust first hit. Unfortunately I have a prior commitment this Saturday. I'm sure we'll have another opportunity soon though.

It is kind of cool.
The deployant is also interesting. It is asymetrical so that the longer part rides more toward the side of your wrist.

When I bought it I had the store's watchmaker put it on the rubber strap. Since then I have changed it back and forth between the rubber and alligator a couple of times. The change process isn't that bad. Right now I'm liking the rubber a bit more. Keeps ...

While I like the logo, I wouldn't have minded an exhibition back.
I've seen pictures of the movement, and the finish on it is beautiful. It is almost a shame that the only people who get to enjoy it are watchmakers.

It would be interesting to see if the strap would work on the old model. If the strap fit the head then the buckle wouldn't be a problem.
