Vacheron Constantin

Your Impressions?

Perception is reality, but sometimes, we as the customer can be a bit overly sensitive to the environment.

While I've never patronized the Vacheron Constantin store on Rodeo Drive, I was neither acknowledged nor greeted by an employee of the Vacheron Constantin store in Costa Mesa.  Furthermore, the most ironic part is that the salesperson at VC Costa Mesa was someone I was familiar with from Tourneau Costa Mesa.

No insult perceived, no insult taken by the lack of acknowledgement.  Probably a small loss in professionalism at most.

I think it's important for us to be humble customers as well.  Entitled, boorish, and greedy behavior on the behalf of customers is very annoying for store employees and they see it all the time.  I assure you, the store employees have many more faux pas crimes committed to them by customers, than they do to their customers.
