Cutting the teeth.......................

.....on the year wheel takes about 40 minutes, needless to say the 1st tooth takes the longest to set the depth of cut, this may seem quick but the wheel is only 1.6mm thick.
I often cut wheels with more than 150 teeth in two stages with a short break between as it is so easy to loose concentration and make a costly mistake.
