My limited private stash.
Those the years I have found my taste have swift towards the more or shall we say less "processed" type.
I mainly look for Blanco these day and stop drinking Anejo hence the picture above. Some samples that I find refreshing(for tequila?!)
A few years ago it is hard to get the Herradura Blanco Suave in the states I don't know whether that still the case. This is my favoruite.

A real "Caipiroska" requires more lime and sugar. A real Purist never orders one with Vodka but a "Caipirinha" (replace the Vodka by Cachaça). Then you have a hangover of solid proportions! Muito obrigado.
