2 classics for sure, the watch and the wine.The Penfolds Grange and Henschke 's Hill of grace ( controversially screw capped since 2005 ) IMHO are Australia's " first growth ". I shudder with angst , that the Australian government subsidised the pulling out of these great Shiraz ( Syrah ) vines to be replaced with Cabernet vines.IMHO the best Aussie Red wines are shiraz based like the Grange and Hill of Grace.HAGWE,Cheers,dreamer

A real "Caipiroska" requires more lime and sugar. A real Purist never orders one with Vodka but a "Caipirinha" (replace the Vodka by Cachaça). Then you have a hangover of solid proportions! Muito obrigado.
