even without seeing the back there are 2 major signs that it is - the large date and the second timezone on the right - it is supposed to be a power reserve indicator I am really sorry for your German friend - that is if he believes that this Lange is gen...

The Lange 'signature' in such watches is the big date, as in - The date window in your friend's watch is not a 'big' date. There is no hand for the power reserve, no date corrector button and no indices for the 'second time zone' hands. It's not looking g...  

shit I really hate this!...but there is no doubt, on top of it, the watch is really big, I have a big wrist and the watch is at least 46/47 mm if not more. I am really sorry about that, at least I learned something...my watches are less prestigious but at...

This was the first time I have tried to wear multiple watches like this and it is rather uncomfortable! Not sure how Mr Hayek did this regularly. Part of the difficulty is that I like to wear my watches snuggly and don't like them slipping about, and the ...

No..this is not a seiko 6105. This is seiko 6309 7040 so call Turtle. This watch have a 43.5mm body w/o crown n 45mm from lug to lug. It have 17 jewels automatic movement run perfectly. Here is the photo of the movement, hope u like it :o) Best Chung...  

i heard a lot of interesting stories about 6105. i am not familiar with 6309, but it seems both models have oyster casing. the movement in your 6309 looks great. Vintage Seiko calibers are very reliable and high standard. congrats on your nice piece. stef...

what movement do they use Tony? it doesnt look like a Unitas, but i notice its a ltd ed so is it a vintage movement?? please pass on more details. best Graham

it is a based on UNITAS and Modified to Center Second. i think what makes it look a little different from the other Modified Unitas is the 16 fold Geneva Stripes . where by the usual Unitas has about 8 Stripes. ) it is a beautiful Piece and a lot of Watch...
