I've been using Kendall in my cars for over forty years, ever since my engine builder (yes, I had modified Ford once!) specified Torco, and if that wasn't available, Kendall. He'd run tests on all the synthetic makers at the time, finding Torco at the top of heap and Kendall a close second. Every other brand delivered at least 2% less horsepower.
Obviously there have been changes since then, but I can't argue with success. Over a million miles altogether and every one of my engines has been as healthy the last thousand miles as the first. I put a 330K on an '08 Honda Civic that was in great shape when it was given away (a/c problems, but that's another story).
So when one of my pals saw this at a model train store, he knew . . .
. . . I had to have it.

Well, the cost to keep tracking / racing the Formula 2000 SCCA kinda cut into my horology budgeting.
