Hello dear Captain! Here is my entry for present Theme…
Weekends are inviting to a more relaxed mindset and to change watches several times depending on mood or activities.
This is specially true on this weekend which is a long four days in my Country as we are celebrating Carnival on Monday and Tuesday.
I usually prefer sport watches but also take advantage to wear some watches which have not received much wrist time lately.
Also to try some strap changing as I’m sure it happens to most of us, I keep buying new straps and they keep accumulating in boxes waiting for some time to fit them in the intended watch.
As a matter of fact I’m trying today these ones in my Moonwatch: a set of high quality black calf leather with some “ribs” embosed which are inspired in those originals (in Corfam) used by Omega in the 1970’s for those Speedys sold with straps instead of steel bracelet:
On Saturday evening will be wearing my JLC WT which deserves some wrist time: (my two little helpers have already checked it and say it’s ready for my wrist! Lol!)
On Sunday I will return to my honeymoon with my recent Panerai catch:

Still not decided about what to wear during my “extended” weekend days on Monday and Tuesday.

Weekends in February are still warm and sunny here
And they're good for getting out and about! I find walking therapeutic, especially amidst plants and nature. It clears my mind and cleanses my soul after a busy work week. And after all, that's where a panda (watch) should be... near some leaves ...

Just bought it from a local Tudor collector very recently and took it out for a stroll. The eagle-eyed spouse noticed it almost immediately lol. I'm not usually a sports watch person but I'm pleasantly surprised by how wearable it is on my skinny wrist.

Well, this weekend is dedicated to work. The shown photos were made last year in summer. And when I look outside the window staring at the cold fog I still remember the warm sunrays on my skin, the warm wind and the peaceful lapping of the water.
