Definitely can see the similarities here. The oversized balance wheel and other pocket watch features are the common denominator. Nice to see that the Vingt-8 movement has a natural escapement too.

I equally like and enjoy closed case back watches too. Not only can it add that added art to a timepiece, but also provides an enjoyable mystique (sometimes showing less means more 😉).
