Here are the two thinnest watches that I have...
Both quartz. The Hamilton is +/-6.75mm with a very slinky integrated bracelet. Movado Museum Watch is +/-5.25mm on a Spiedel stretch bracelet with leather panels.

Playboy branded Seikos I have (the other one would not qualify thinness wise). And in spite of the logo it has a lot of content, hi-beat movement, SHAC case, ultra thinβ¦
I was never into playboy magazines but used to belong to The Playboy Casino on Park Lane in the late 70's.
They also had a nightclub in the building but I don't remember ever visiting it. Marc
