WristScan

It has been said previously in this thread, that our timepieces in our collection...

... are somehow like our children... so  loved, and with their own stories behind. They were bought with passion, and so difficult to chose only one favorite among them...

Anyway I chose one, because its importance to me in relation with my own involvement with watches and in particular with one brand.

I began dreaming with owning a Rolex when I was almost a child, and a Rolex Submariner 5513 was my first serious watch which I received from my parents as a present for my eighteenth birthday in 1966.

Regretably that beloved watch is not with me anymore, but I still own the 1680 which replaced that one in February 1977. Still working faithfully and with same accuracy today...

Nothing fancy, nor rare... but a true love!
Have a Great week end Friends!
Very cordially, Abel.
