.. as per your Q's:
1/ No, I am not sure, the watches are "She", and
- Yes, maybe specifically this Breguet Chrono would be more " He",
same, I guess could go for most Rolex's..
- But think of a Omega Constellation, called " Connie " (!), or.a delicate Memovox (?),
or a Duométre á Q.L...
And somehow, " it" can be.. well, not personal enough, sometimes..
Hmmm.. food for thought, a bit.
2/ the glass is not by Hermes, but the horses are somewhat similar . - for Hermes, I think
the horse looks to the left (?) ..
- Its original design is from the Art Deco times, in the 20ies,
by a famous designer Josef Hofmann,
- who was one of the most eminent artists for elegant, cool and Art Deco pieces
(like furniture, glass, houses (!), jewellery) in Austria and Central Europe of these years
This glass is part of a pretty rare re- edition series, manufactured by Lobmeyer Glass, the
manufacture already famous in the early years of the 20th century, and still doing exquisite
glass design and production..
My Best, also for your WE !
