So - the thinnest watch in my collection by quite a margin is my Piaget 900p - 3.65mm 
I also have a few watches in the 8-9mm range as follows. 
Interestingly, some of these are marketed as “extra thin” or “ultra thin” whereas others don’t mention this at all.

My only truly slim watch is this quartz Omega De Ville , ref. 195.2378, which measures 32.5 x 4.3 mm. Best, Emmanuel ...

I know it’s quartz but I stand by my statement. At least the movement used was not decades old in that case…

I was never into playboy magazines but used to belong to The Playboy Casino on Park Lane in the late 70's.
