... I was asking about your very first watch. I imagine you had one in your youth? Do you still have it or remember it?
You may see in my post below my very first watch when I was nine years old. That was ... errr... almost 60 years ago!! Ouuuch!!

Most of my watches have memories, times I bought them, evenings out with watchmakers, deals I made or most importantly, family memories. It is what keeps them special and in our collections and hearts forever. That Longines has caught my eye... very nice ...
I had this one when I was in 5th grade, it is still there and ticking.

When my very first watch a Tissot went out of order. I was in fifth grade, the watchmaker who resized the bracelet told my mom, he is too young for such watch! What do you think was I too young? One thing is sure i took good care of it.

The oldest watch in my collection is my Hamilton Otis "Reverso" from 1938... so almost a 80 years old lady ;-)
