Sorry it took so long, Abel - had to search for this image . . .
. . . in my files:
A '40s cal 33.3 from Brazil, with - ta daa! - a red chrono seconds hand. Not sure, but probably lifted the photo from an eBay auction four years ago. My hunch is that the red tachy dial was made for the Brazilian agent in Brazil from templates supplied by Omega. Red seconds hand to match.
Here's a pic of my '44 ref 2242 dial . . .
