They were eased for almost a year but with the Delta mutation the health system is struggling again. Unfortunately many people still don’t want to get vaccinated, which makes it worse of course. And while Sputnik is not as effective in terms of preventing the infection with this mutation, I can say from my own experience that it still helps massively in keeping the severity of the disease tolerant. As does getting new watches 😂

I suppose the majority of us are slowly getting jaded with Covid and while I hope that all of you are healthy, this is also the time where in most places restrictions are being eased (quite the opposite here), so get togethers, watch shop visits, holidays...
