The Martin Braun is almost 13 years old now and unfortunately the meteorite dial suffered some water / humidity damage aalong the way , but as you said the special feature is the moonphase which fortunately remained unaffected. I never got it repaired as the brand went under some years back ( and didn’t want to risk a third party repair) but their specialty was innovative moonphase displays and complicated astronomical indicators.
As for the Omega , I was indeed lucky to snag it recently from where it was lying almost hidden in a display case corner ! Felt like it was just waiting for me to come along for the purchase 😅)

. . . but only a few in rose. If memory serves correct, MSN has an unbelievably rare white gold ref 2852 Connie with white gold dial furniture and text imposed on an engraved black dial. That's one I'd trade a kidney for! 🙇🏻
