There is no heirloom watch in my family (sigh), but my dad has a collection of beer mugs built around one that was given down from his great father and one passed down from his godfather. So these take the part of acting as symbols of the family bonds during Christmas dinner.
The golden Constellation is a beauty and a worthy choice for Christmas on it s own behalf. Together with the family background it is the best choice you could ever make.
