Three vintage, three modern watches, and a bunch of varied music
Art, thank you for this wonderful theme - I love it! Music is what often keeps me sane and I could never live without it.
So here's to some music which has kept me alive through the years, juxtaposed with 3 vintage and 3 modern watches.
First off, Bob Dylan. A lifelong fan - such lyrics, and that unique singing voice. He doesn't seem too impressed by the chronograph pusher poking into his chest though.

Next, Joni Mitchell. Poet, singer, and philosopher whose lyrics (like Dylan's) have made me think and rethink my interpretation of her songs through the years. Unlike Dylan, she seems floored by the two-tone Omega.

Ahh, the Eagles. Such sunny harmonies, and what a terrific reunion concert. The red devil is annoyed that the bumper movt has encroached into his space!

R.E.M., a band that has sadly broken up. Another band that provided a wide variety of music through 3 decades of my life. Pictured next to the VC, this album certainly scores a 'platinum' for me!

EBTG - another somewhat obscure band, led by the dulcet voice of Tracey Thorn. The two of them don't seem very enamoured of German engineering - they're ignoring the 1815, sigh...

And finally, New Order. I loved loved loved this album as a teenager in the 80's, and must have listened to it hundreds of times.
Brotherhood remains a seminal album for me, and I thought - what better watch to match to the gun-metal grey of the iconic album cover, than the Chronometre Bleu with its tantalum case?

And that's it folks! Thanks for looking.
