Thx for hosting, KMII and for sharing a remarkable line–up !.. My favs are your VCs and I can relate to your wish & lust for the KV ! ;) ;)

So let me just think what to chip in to play this week..

wink wink
When I thought it over a bit, meanwhile quite a number of grail–likes have entered my stables,
with quite some highlights for Humble Me and currently I am in a sort of „digesting phase“..

Furthermore on that, I guess many of us would agree to state that a „grail“– type watch is
an ever moving target (and also will be in part dependent on the collector‘s desire and
maybe be in part changing over time..).

– Thus, I will just name a few, which are all still giving me pleasure time and again.

JLC Vintage Chrono 2643

One of my „central“ pieces: Breguet Type XX „Retour en vol“ Chronograph; this turned from a „grail–type“
to beloved specimen

Never had thought some yrs ago, I would be able to pull the trigger on that one: PP Nautilus 5712 „Legend“

This was my absolute central catch of 2021/22.. – the wallet needed some recovery though wink

For me, it had the mark of an absolute „grail“ at that time – and I‘m very happy about it

Patek Philippe 5167 Aquanaut, a real „GADA“ watch („Go Anywhere Do Anything“)

Versatile and smart, yet low key, IMHO

A true love – my JLC Geophysic Universal Time

That piece had been mesmerizing me from the beginning of its appearance, and still does..

JLC Duomêtre à Chronographe – one of the Best JLCs and also other Chronos, IMHO..

My third PP in my stables: Ref 5110G in WG,

And here my appreciated Vintage „signature Rolex“

GMT Master 6542, from 1958; a truly unexpected find some yrs ago

Here the JLC Tributes to DSA,( Deep Sea Alarm): EU left, US rt –  a powerful couple, which I both cherish

Sorry folks, for my lengthy dwellings;
still hope you like some of these..

Cheers & Best,
smile smile
