I nearly had to sell my kidney to fund them but it's definitely all well worth it.

i only have three JLCs at the movement, i think it will take some time for me to build up such numbers and ranges as you did. stefan

There's so much to appreciate about each piece so take you time and then maybe build it up slowly.

most of the time. This car, after being worked on fairly seriously for 2 years has been completely reliable. Except the new top is still in the box, the headlights don't work (except in the garage at home), the starter struggles, and the doors don't close...

. . . with a pleasingly thick cushion case design of golden ratio proportions. The layout of the day and date apertures is most tasteful, and the dial as a whole strikes a balance between clarity and decoration. Can you tell us which movement and the year... 

You are right and concise on the layout which attract me much. Will post its movement once its case is opened. I think it is made in 70ties but need to prove by the number. The case number is 872111 2 994 754...

according to a website 'specialising' in the polerouter, the III was produced from 1966-197?. effectively that means no one really knows when the polerouter's production was ended. the square/cushion case like yours is apparently the only one to have the ...
