What a great Theme dear Art!! You know how much I love diver watches!!
I’m with you: every Man (and why not Ladies as well?) needs a diver watch!
Though I don’t scuba dive anymore I keep loving diving watches and collecting vintage diving pieces of equipment.
Here a few watches (vintage and modern) and other old diving instruments used are props. (Some of them were used by me when I started scuba diving in the mid 1960’s)

Shot today The glass before I cleaned it up. A 1950’s/1960’s Avalon chronograph/ Diver looks to be a Valjoux 7730 I’ve got it working but need to get the winders to move the minute hand forward (I can only set backwards). I did clean up the crown and it’s...

Thank you internet. I knew it was an ETA Valjoux and was able to match it to the 7730. I’ve watched the disassembly video but mostly to get out the winding stem (it’s pre button) as I diagnosed the setting problem as a crown that needs to be tightened dow...

The U/N is a bit vintage but very nice. The Germano & Walter I could get some weeks ago. I think it is the last T-500 they produced. Very heavy and rough.

You are welcome dear @lberti. Mine is the first generation version. Actually this my second DSSD as the first one was a black dial one which I gifted to my son almost unused.
Then I fell in love with this version dial and bought it. Looks like yours is the later version with a wider bracelet at the lugs isn´t it? Keep enjoying yours so much! Hagwe, Abel
