It's weird but I never thought of taking the landscapes of Paris pictured with a nice watch on my wrist, anyway I do not have any good one. So a big thank you to everyone for these wonderful pictures of my beloved Paris.

Sad story that we have not much progressed in 30 years. At the same time there is hope - Paris recovered then and I am confident it will recover now!

We must never give in and let terrorism prevent us from going about enjoying our lives . We were advised to cancel our trip to Paris and the rest of France in 1986 due to terrorism in Europe but we chose to ignore and continued with our trip. One blessing...

I was fresh out of college and was visiting Europe for the first time. I stayed at a hostel in St. Germain, having a baguette for breakfast and dinner, but partying until the wee hours. Good times for sure! Like you, nowadays, better hotels, crowds, bars,...
