This obviously deserves a thread by itself, but I assume then that this movement would function chronometrically much better in a static environment (ie, off the wrist) and that it would be prone to disruption on a moving wrist with jolts.
Have you found that an issue in practice rather than just theoretical? I mean have you monitored on-wrist and off-wrist chronometry?

Andrew, to be honest I do not know the power reserve as I would have to check it... (it has a huge barrel, not only a huge balance) For the speed I guess it is 18.000 (if I recall correctly) - it is a slow beater at the lower end compared to the El Primer...
