It is a large watch with presence. I suspect the engineering, specifically the power required adds to the size. [nt]

I preceived the watch being a bit too small, actually
Normally I would choose a watch not bigger than 36 mm if possible but this one felt and looked quite small in black.
A Patek 5396 felt to me much bigger in comparison.

I agree with the Count, it feels quite a bit smaller with the black dial than its stated dimensions
and I can't help but post a movement shot.. the new Dato Tourbillon might have it beat, but for my eyes, this one is tough to top!
