A. Lange & Söhne

I am looking to get a time only Lange for regular wear.
What's the opinion regarding the older Langematik 1815 in Platinum ref 303.025. I like it a lot; however it does not seem to be readily available in the aftermarket.
How would you compare this to the manual wind 1815.

Can't go wrong with either piece. 

I would have loved to see more of this movement, rather than this big plate.

I am referring to the 1815 Langematik with the sax o mat movement, in platinum; I think it was produced from 2004 to 06 or 07.

I have had the platinum version with the date for about 6 years and still love the watch. It's the perfect size for a dress watch and the 3 quarter rotor is stunning. As you probably know, that movement isn't offered any more in Lange's time only watches. The 1815 is nice but if you can find a well priced pre-owned Langematik I would go that direction.
