Visited Lake Como last weekend.
Apart from some beatiful cars, the views just call for these classic shots.
This watch is so clean and simple with its time only display, special dial, honeygold case and a different type of movement decoration from the normal ALS standard.
And yes, slightly sirty and scratched. No safe queens here. Haha.

That is such a beautiful watch! So simple yet perfect. The different movement finishing makes this that much more special. I like that no matter how scratched a Lange gets, when you send it in for service (or even before) you can have it refurbished and looking like new again. I assume you were there for the Concours D'elegance at Villa D'este? Is ALS still the watch sponsor/partner?

Only, my brother, who has a house there,and I were very late booking tickets - a spur of the moment thing.
Long story short, we got Saturday tickets for Villa Erba, so none of the concorso cars. That’s for Sunday.
Nevertheless, quite an experience. Beautiful cars, a brilliant ambiance and lots of crazy cars driving the short distane btw Villa d’Este and Villa Erba. And this year was apparently the 40 year bday of the M3. Lots of beauties all the way back from the original E30.
Such a cool experience, made even better by taking the boat to Cernobbio to avoid th traffic and non-existent parking.
