what a nice thing to say!

I was on the phone with Alkis a month or so ago, and I was so amazed ( all over again) at how accessible he is, how patient... and of course knowledgeable. I don't know any other Top brand that offers such a personal experience, and I just wanted to reach out and do something to say thanks.

My secret wish is that Lange appreciates and rewards Alkis as much as he deserves...

BTW, the tiny 'flaw' on my L1 was fixed and back on my wrist in........ 2 weeks!  With a personal phone call from Stacy saying the watch is being shipped today. That's what I'm talking about.

Thanks again for putting this together, Mostel.  Everything you say about Alkis and Stacy is true and then some.  I also hope that Lange would do something nice to acknowledge the work that they do.  They are tremendous ambassadors for the brand.
