Zeitwerk Striking Time
Hi,
Had the experience of trying on this rare bird...my friend just got the delivery!
Oh yes it is a rare one..
I have mixed emotions about this watch.
The good points are that it strikes "au passage", that it is the first contemporary Lange striking watch and the clever use of the hammers as a display. And it features the stunning time display system of the Zeitwerk.
But we expect much more from Lange!
A note every quarter is not enough to be really enjoyable at least for my ears... I consider it as a valuable first step in the world of striking watches but again, Lange can do and will do much better!
This disappointment is not a main problem here... as the Zeitwerk base is gorgeous.

I too prefer the look of the classic WG one though but they are all amazing!
I actually and really hope it is a minute repeater.
I also hope the watch can be smaller and it won't affect its beautiful dial.

not a fan of the ZW Striking Time, sadly....a work in progress IMHO
its like a work in progress, a stepping stone to Lange's entry into repeaters. doesn't sound very fantastic also. but seeing the hammers in action is a treat.
