


I have always been one to seek watches with display casebacks showcasing the wonderful movements.. this might be an impetus that brought me to lange in the first place actually!
Regardless, I have also been pleasantly surprised to see some of the feats achieved by the engravers outside of the movement and balance. The tremblage of the Handwerkskunst, the initials on the special orders, and one picture in particular which Ken posted a year or so ago really stick with me. I believe his photo was a caseback engraved to mirror the movement of a Lange pocketwatch, ordered by a special client.
These examples show me even more the skill and dedication this brand has to being the pinnacle of beauty and innovation.
Very nice to see your Cabaret has a face behind the engraving! Thank you for the photos! I have notived definite differences in the styles of engraving between my Richard Lange and Lange 1's; very neat to see the personal touches.
