While the larger 16.29 might be a smidgeon more pleasing visually, the smaller 13.21 allows for being fitted in nicer, more classically sized watches 😊👍🏻

Although the larger one could be squeezed into smaller cases if MB decided to do so (40-41mm should work fine - sadly they don’t do that 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Confirmed side to side. The use of space and display of finishing is top notice. 13.21 is just as well finished just smaller so less dramatic.

except, perhaps, the devil’s tail: I’ve never really understood why they did this (or simply I don’t respond to this whimsical touch).
