One small item...I adore the MB logo on the crown. I'm a sucker for detail.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to many years with it. Thanks for reading! Now let me go see if I can get husband to stop shaking his head
and staring at his wallet.

Thanks for the review, Christina. The watch does NOT look too big on you in this photo. In fact it looks great! The success of a larger watch is how comfortably you can make it sit on the wrist. This is dependent on wrist shape as well as watch diameter, but the shortish lugs of the MB design helps. Is it too loose because the strap is long? Does MB have different length straps to help with the fit?
Looking forward to hearing your long-term wearing experiences.
Congratulations again.

it looks good on the wrist. I am in a health profession, and was hesitant to wear a nice watch to work (constant hand washing, as you said hands in strange places, risk of banging/nicking). I realized the enjoyment I get from wearing the watch to work far outweighs any concern about damage. I have had to add a hole to the strap of 2 watches so they would fit more tightly in order to avoid having to adjust them all the time (a 2-3mm biopsy punch works great for adding a hole). Congratulations. I think the enjoyment increases the longer you own the watch. If you have time post some more pictures. I would love to see some close shots of the dial and the back.
