I had a set of them in my Mini Cooper S installed a few years back. In fact, I went trough two sets, as the first one were OEM.
I found them hard, noisy, not really durable, expensive, and not to forget, really prone to punctures. After a while I decided to fit regular radials to the Cooper, Michelin Pilots of some sort, (PE2, maybe?) and carry with me a tire sealant and compressed air in case of a flat. The ride improved considerably and have never looked back.
Hope you can solve your situation,
Safe driving,
Alex
