Dressing down to suit ones lifestyle...
Perhaps the trend and demand for sportier and more elegant casual timepieces these days are merely a reflection of how we choose to project ourselves and our contemporary lifestyle? So, what if more traditional timepieces were made to appear more casual and young?A simple solution would be to start with the choice of strap. Thought I’d share a recent strap combo on a more conservatively dressy piece I am thoroughly fond of.
Works really well to my eyes.... far less dressed up and formal. Now it is a piece with a relaxed feel yet far from plain.... Patek really succeeded with the 5131 series in my opinion. All metal iterations have different appeals and strengths. With this grained calf strap the J works well in my life, someone who almost never wear dress shirts or suits...

How about making a Nautilus World Time instead?
Vacheron Constantin has the Overseas World Time, so why not Patek Philippe?
I think a Patek WT watch in steel would be awesome!
But I think the squarish case of the Nautilus does not work well with the WT globe and the circular cities printing.

But inclined to think the Nautilus and Aquanaut will stick to the travel time complication.... but an enamel dial Nautilus would not surprise me....
They Really Hurt the Nautilus case design with the Perpetual Calendar...
1. New perpetual calendar looks off, the font is not a font that Patek uses in other Nautilus watches. Compare the font of the date subdial to the date subdial of the 5712. Completely different.
2. The case at 9 o'clock has a noticeable pusher ruining the polished "hinge" of the case.
3. A WorldTime Nautilus would have a large button that would need to be well integrated into the Nautilus case. That's scary.

Agree on most counts there....
Personally I would have like to see the perpetual Nautilus be simply a 5726 with a perpetual module... I understand it would not be as thin but the waffle dial would be more in harmony I am thinking... world time Nautilus would be a little odd but hey who knows....

Maybe with green stitching, it could draw out and complement the enamel map. Or how about, a green leather strap with yellow stitching?

As far as your suggestions on green stitch or green strap with honey stitch it makes some sense. However in my mind i am inclined to believe that takes it to the “trying too hard” level.... 
But who knows, maybe my next step will be “trying too hard”....

I can't get the watch! Sadly. But if I did have a similar watch, I'd be trying to procure a strap as well! It's a lovely strap!
