I think that the 2-counter chronograph has a classic and mature scent. Patek's modern chronograph-only models are particularly simple and sturdy and have their own charm.

Great collection.
Any manually wound Patek chrono is a special piece, and you have some of the best right there.
The 5070P and 5370P are particularly special. Two amazing pieces that really show off Patek's craft and add something subtle and special in the platinum guise.

I'll break from the pack... 5070 doesn't quite speak to me. My two would be 5172g and the 5370p.

That people prefer the 5070 with its Lemania movement and little out of proportion case size compared to movement size over the 5170 and 5172. I have the 5170 and believe it is the closest to PP manual wound chronograph DNA (130, 530, 1463 etc.)

I wouldnât say that it âsurprisesâ me because I know the 5070 has a huge fan base here. Indeed, it has a beautiful dial, but imho the case and massive bezel are quite off. I prefer the other 3, especially the 5370 đ. Stunning Chrono collection!
That's certainly true. Why does 5070p have such a big presence when 5370p is clearly more gorgeous and complicated?
Enamel dial and split seconds are strong assets for the 5370P, clearly. But the 5070 and its good old Lemania has a charm which is hard to beat.
At first, I was just trying to trace the genealogy of modern Patek's attractive two-counter chronograph, but before I knew it, it had become a place to praise the charm of the 5070p (^^âŞ
