I'm in the process of ordering a custom one. The waitlist is about a year. Not quite as long as our favorite watch waitlists.
My Nakaya Dorsal Fin v2 is the best writer for my work purposes - dry, smooth and never skips.
I ordered it direct from Nakaya in 2009, when they were all the rage on Fountain Pen Network. I think mine is the second one they made in the stone finish. The dorsal fin does not actually work very well to stop it rolling but I think they have since made the fin bigger so it should now work.
