I'm not a superfan of the worldtimer complication. I owned a 5230R but ultimately, the 5110P won my ❤️ It is simply something very special. I like the models with cloisonné enamel, but have never had the desire to own and wear them. They somehow don't suit me

The 5110 is one of my favorites. Just missed one a few months ago at a stupid low price from a dealer I’ve bought from a few times before. Oh well, one day lol

Absolutely stunning

By tatse, though, I would probably go for the rose gold variant. Very personal, of course.

Then you see that the ladies' version is sub-9mm which makes me wonder why Patek intentionally increases case thickness on newer models (though understandably 5330 has the date complication).

I personally don't like the fact that the 5330 borrows its case from the 5212A: it dissolves the identity of the world time complication, imho.

And I also think double, triple exaggerated stepped lugs on current models (unlike 2497s, 2499s) are not going to age as well as more conventional lug styles

So many beauties in 1 post. I had the 5130P before, and now own this 5131G:



The Dubai edition is quite special, it is the only 51xx with dark cities ring I think. I also like the 5330G.

I would personally be so happy with any of the enamel variants (except for the Geneva Harbor which I don’t like so much).

The reference 5130J Hettich Jersey special series were made in 2016 to mark the 50th anniversary of the relationship between Patek Philippe and Hettich. The series was limited to 15 pieces and replaced London with St Helier and the green guilloche centre and green alligator strap represented Hettich colour
