The presence of the other items that came with the watch doesn't help me much when the one key irreplaceable item is missing. It's a modern Patek and I like to buy modern Pateks with Certificate if those are readily available. In contrast I could not care less about an Extract personally. Recent service papers are a plus in terms of comfort but I can live without and would just get it serviced by Patek myself soon after I got it which is a minor expense given secondary Nautilus prices.
I get you want the Geneva seal but I'd also consider which dial variant you like best as that is what you will be looking at all the time. The early 5711/1A had rather dull and more greyish grey blue dials while the later watches had vibrant more blue than grey dials with what I'd call even a slight touch of green in the mix. Can't tell of the top of my head when exactly dial updates happened (and there were at least two including the LED dial but possibly more). Personally I am not a fan of the early dials and would also avoid the LED dial from around 2010/11 for aesthetic reasons. Then there are people who insist on the old logo while others prefer the logo plate which was introduced in early 2018 on the blue 5711/1A (for some months still with the 324 movement before it was replaced with the hacking 26-330 movement). I am indifferent there. If you want a rather rare variant you could also get a very recent example with the hacking movement which is what I would likely do instead of Geneva seal although it will be quite a bit more expensive.
If you do go for Geneva seal there is still the question if a very early one with 315 movement or a slightly later one with 324 movement I believe...
