Both are nice but difference...
.. the 5396 sits higher.. and the dial has apertures... I prefer the newer 5396 models. Both white and rose gold are nice. Personally, it might be a difficult choice to choose between that and the 5202 though.

My shirt, not my watch. Notice, the white goes perfectly with the shirt, the moonphase goes well with the blue, and the lume on the hand and dial goes perfectly with the green on the shirt.
