I don't know if there is such website, listing all Patek's references available on the net. Most of the work which has been trying to make an overall view of Patek's collection is mainly available in books support.
The simpler Pateks are very appealing watches indeed and carry the full Patek DNA. I think you're taking a good decision.
Concerning the period you're focusing I could find this (this may not be exhaustive), with manual or automatic movements.

- 3400 to 3413, 3414 to 3445 (1959-1960-1961). The latter has a beautiful and cleverly designed 27-460M caliber
