The manual wind Traditionelle looks very elegant and is my favourite SIHH announcement along with Lange 1815. Hopefully VC will launch a white gold version as well. Would anybody be knowing the estimated price in CHF of the 38mm automatic version for comparison to the new manual version.

Regarding PC chronograph I feel that instead of the gold moonphase a blue moonphase would have added some color to the dial which to me looks too white and gold. Some relief would have been welcome.

This Patrimony Traditionnelle Perpetual Calendar Chronograph  won the award of the largest name... but it's also a gorgeous watch.

The main issue was the size of the caliber. Hopefully, thanks to the work of the designers, we don't feel too much the difference between the diameter of the caliber and the diameter of the case.

The Moonphases indicator brings a touch of poesy to this watch and the balanced dial convinced me.

A great novelty from Vacheron.

With the new caliber 4400 used also in the Americaine 1921.

The perfect size for this type of watch. Thanks to Vacheron for not having done it in a case too large.

Great pictures foversta! Does the outer edge of the seconds subdial look rough in real life? In the pictures, it looks like there are rough edges - not something you'd expect from VC.

I'm speechless ! The work on the caliber is absolutely amazing.

I'm not a great fan of the numerals inside the subdials and by the indexes but except this remark, I really like this chronograph.

Anthony, when you mentioned the 20 hours to skeletonize the automatic watch, was that just time spent by the engraver? I would think that the electro-spark milling of the movement parts and subsequent preparation for engraving would take some significant time too.

Did I miss this before?  I don't remember seeing the seven-notches for unscrewing the caseback before.
