The Ionica Hebdomadaire 8 Days was introduced in 1999. The case is 36 x 45 x 11 mm and the manual-winding calibre PF110 has an 8 days (192 hours) power reserve.
The dial is guilloché with a 'grains d'orge' (barleycorn) pattern.

Very Nice Watch! I remember having seen a Ionica minute repeater unique piece around 2001 at KRONOMETRY in Cannes : a pure Marvel đ€©unfortunately no picsâŠ
I tried to find some images online of such a minute repeater Ionica, but was unsuccessful!

A really fantastic watch
Interesting for me to realize that this, the Grande Reverso, and the Patek 5100 were all released right around 2000. I guess there was a brief vogue then for rectangular watches with large, shaped, long-power reserve movements. I really appreciate all three and wish these companies were still doing such things.

Being a true fan of rectangular timepieces....
this one has always striked my fancy as well - the execution is incredibly compelling in every way. Just like with the Patek, I am still biased toward the Reverso for completely arbitrary, illogical reasons

Acquiring an Ionica has been on my wish list for some time now but it seems to get "bumped" by other shiny PF objects.

The Ionica could be seen as the link between the Toric and the Kalpa:
same case-style as the Toric, same caliber and shape as the Kalpa.

Prices are higher today than 4 years ago but I do believe they are still a bargain
You really get a very well finished dial, case and movement, a pretty rare piece on top of that and an 8 days.
This is one I miss sometimes.
Although it found a great new home. A real marvel, front and back side!
