Ressence Type 3 Quick Review

Hi All!
A big thank you to everyone for your invaluable comments and advice on my previous topic: www.watchprosite.com /

I'm absolutely thrilled to announce my newest acquisition: the Ressence Type 3 in White!

This watch is truly a spectacle. The orbital display system that Ressence uses to show time is just so unique, setting it apart from anything else I've ever seen or owned. The discs rotate within a larger spinning disc, creating this fluid, almost poetic representation of time that is uniquely Ressence.

I've had the pleasure of owning a Ressence in the past (the Type 1 Square), which I eventually sold. But I must say, coming back to Ressence feels like reuniting with an old friend—especially with the added features of the Type 3. The oil-filled chamber significantly reduces glare and enhances legibility, making it even more practical for daily wear. The date display also comes in really handy for me.

In a last-minute decision, I opted out of the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 70th Anniversary Act 3. Although I had secured an allocation, the pre-payment conditions left something to be desired. Plus, it dawned on me that for that amount, I'd rather invest in a timepiece I'm genuinely passionate about: the Ressence Type 3.

As always with my quick reviews, I'll let the photos do the talking!
Thanks for taking the time to read and watch.
Best,
Christian
