Well, they are some blue alloy.
Same color as in KV's other vingt-8 movements, but I don't know exactly what it is. Not Si, iirc.

Nice watch.
I prefer central seconds on a watch, so glad Voutilanen thinks about us.
The back is also great, and the quick release strap makes the picture complete.
