Double direct impulse=something pushing on balance in both directions at near 90deg, Omega coaxial (and Daniels), Voutilainen 28, FPJ CO, UN Freak, and a few more all qualify.
Not the Omega or Daniels co-axial, but the others could qualify, yes.

The co-axials are a trade-off and only have one direct impulse--the other is indirect. A little study will confirm this. It is confusing because the co-axial is marketed for its direct impluse. The new Seiko escapement is similar. The natural escapements, yes, but "double impulse" is often a reference specifically to Daniels' first escapement, as found in his space traveller pocketwatches. There are currently only two wristwatches with this. As the picture is neither, I am not sure what watch is pictured.
Got the definitions wrong, you're correct. That said the Omega is indirect but the indirect impulse is imparted with not much lower mechanical efficiency so I think of it as "the same".
